VERTEX offers a choice of whole stone or grit type diamond cluster dressers. The grit type cluster is often the most economical based on carat weight of the diamond per dollar spent. This tool offers grit diamond uniformly distributed throughout a hard metal matrix. This grit tool offers a large diamond surface area with many sharp cutting edges in contact with the grinding wheel. This tool does not require rotation and is used until the diamond section is consumed.

VERTEX offers two types of whole stone multiple diamond cluster dressers. Both are used for straight dressing, normally for semi-finish and roughing operations. The single layer cluster dressers are available in standard sizes with larger stone dressers manufactured to your specifications. The single layer cluster can be reset if the tool was properly used. The multiple layer clusters are offered in standard sizes but can also be custom manufactured. The multi-layer clusters are normally entirely consumed.
